DISCOVERY & STRATEGY

Our dedicated recruitment experts will assess your organization's current structure to provide you with invaluable insights to navigate your talent search effectively. This includes comprehensive analysis of fair market compensation, skill evaluation, job description refinement, and role definition.

SCREEN &
REVIEW

On a typical search, we interview over 100 candidates for each role. We start with a 30-min screen to assess general talent matching the requirements on a job description. If the candidate matches, we schedule a follow-up 90-min screen to assess culture fit, behavior fit and build out the candidate profile.

INTERVIEWS & ANALYST

Our search team will deliver a comprehensive report on the candidates we've identified, and we will actively engage in recruiting the top candidates for the position. Our goal is to present 3-5 qualified candidate profiles that include; resume, LinkedIn profile, career highlights, recruiter notes & candidate video.

OFFER STAGE

Our search team at High Altitude Partners Recruiting will diligently perform background and reference checks, and when requested, we can also conduct personality assessments. Our aim is to ensure that candidates not only meet the skill competency requirements but also qualify for the opportunity on a broader level.
