Is this service for junior roles only?

"No. The $10,000 flat fee is our standard model for all retained searches, from Director-level to the C-suite. We believe senior-level search shouldn't be prohibitively expensive.

 

What's included in the $10,000 fee?

It includes the entire retained search process: a dedicated strategic kickoff, comprehensive market mapping, candidate sourcing and outreach, screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer negotiation support. It's a full-service engagement.
